Oh god! How do I even choose? I like so many dungeons for so many different reasons.

Music - The Lost City of Amdapor
    Atmosphere - The Antitower
Pumps me up - Sohm Al HM
Bosses - The Keeper of the Lake/The Aery/Sohr Khai (I'm sure you sense a theme here)
Design - The Aetherial Chemical Research Facility
Eeriness - Tam Tara Deepcroft HM
    Difficulty - The Vault

If I had to choose just one that has a little bit of everything it would have to be Dun Scaith. I know it is 24-man, but that is where I have to go to find all of that

Aurum Vale because people tend to fail since it's not a cakewalk

Pre-nerf Pharos Sirius or Amdapor Keep, oddly enough. ACRF and the Vault come close.

Admittedly, I may slightly prefer the aesthetics of others (Bartam's Mettle comes to mind), but the fights were just too fun the first times around.

The Aery, The Vault, Antitower, Gubal Library, Pharos Sirius, Fractal Hard, Shisui, Skalla, Doma Castle. I also like Rabanasty and Bardam's Mettle for the aesthetic and music, and I find Snowcloak very relaxing. Saint Mocianne's Arboretum was lovely, but I only ran it once, so I don't really remember what I thought of the mechanics or fights in there.

I'm probably the only person that actually likes the Praetorium, at least around launch when the difference between it's level and the then current endgame ilevel wasn't too high. From an artistic and theme design though, it's amazing. The music, the story... it really did feel like a 'final dungeon'. My only gripe is that the big fight against Gaius, a battle that I had been waiting for ever since the bastard shot my Path Companion back in 1.0, turned out to be so anticlimatic.... and that I just left him to die in the inferno as his fortress crashed down in flames around him was not something I would have willingly done in that situation (my headcanon is my character would have bound him and taken him back to the Alliance with her to face judgement for his crimes). But it was still amazing when it was still new.

Tam-Tara Deepcroft (Hard Mode) comes a very close second. Creepy scenario and of course, Edda having lost her mind and soul in her grief made her do the unthinkable... (and thus technically providing the prequel for the Palace of the Dead story). Poor Edda, I still feel sorry for her (grief losing a loved one truly can be all destroying)...

If I disregard the actual gameplay, Keeper of the Lake is my favourite. Unfortunately the second boss and the alarm annoys me! But from a lore perspective I love it. Ruins and debris is interesting, especially when old machinery is still functional. For this reason I can't resist anything Allagan related either.

As for dungeons I enjoy the most: Aurum Vale and The Vault. I never complain when these show up for Leveling, which cannot be said about Sastasha, Toto-rak, etc...

As tank - The Antitower - Easy pulls and boss fights, you can just sit back and enjoy the ride, and it's all worth it for the freaky music at the final boss
As heal - The Fractal Continuum (Hard) - There's nothing I like more than getting a good tank and being able to do Asp. Benefic/Helios + Deal cards + Swift + Lucid + Celestial Opp. and then go crazy with Gravity on huge amounts of mobs.
As DPS - The Temple of the Fist - The potential for some real DDing on some pulls, and some boss fights that actually require paying attention.

BONUS is Great Gubal Library, for the sheer excitement (and somewhat narcissism) of new people totally failing on mechanics and me having to get on my superhero cape to try and salvage what's left, if possible :P

so you mean you never liked it?

Because Praetorium has literally always been speedran. There was a short time after launch when we didn't speedrun it because we didnt farm enough philo yet, because servers were down. Stop acting like we only just started to outgear it ffs. It gave you 100 philo and you had just hit levelcap so you were gearing into Darklight and the dungeon was designed for average ilvl of like i40, when most players were hitting i60-i70 in about a day after hitting levelcap, and getting Relic a few days later.

The best athmosphere: Snowcloak, The Dusk Vigil (the glowing wolf add would make a gorgeous mount)

Gameplay: The Aurum Vale, The Vault (I want hard/extreme modes of these!)
