Introduce a new tank and make dark knight DPS again

I'd only go as far as saying that if SE does not substantially fix DRK then we are better off without it. That doesn't mean I think they should turn it in to a DPS (couldn't be that hard tbh, take off grit and remove enmity modifiers and it's 90% there) I just don't see how having a 3rd wheel gimpy ass tank benefits us as a community. It doesn't. Fix it or delete it.
