Seeing how throwing money at things seemingly fixes issues I would like to be able to throw my money at the glamour dresser.

Due to the part I quoted above, I really do HOPE this is sarcasm...for the reasons stated by posters above. If yes, then please. Stop with it. Many people cannot understand plain, straight text, let alone more subtle forms of communication, especially well hidden. You never know who with power will read it and you do not want to give the wrong message.

Why more space when you can have a log for all the gear in the game for free? If a B2P game like GW2 has a wardrobe system, a huge collection of dyes (400 colors while FF has around 106) with unlimited use and with the ability to use more than one dye on a gear piece, why can't we expect the same from a multibilion company offering a P2P game?

Now this would be the biggest slap on the face, to be told the servers can't handle more dresser space and then turn around with (...but if you pay a little bit more...)

Premium app users get 70 extra space in the Chocobo saddle bag. That's the slap right there.

While we're at it, can we please have additional dungeons and trials in the mogshop? I know I'm paying a monthly sub but I just love the feeling of paying for stuff ^_^

I could legitimately see people unsub if they actually put Glamour Dresser benefits on the Companion App. A morbid side of me almost wants to see it happen for no other reason than watching SE can torn apart. The more they inch towards EA and Activision levels, the more probable they receive mainstream coverage. And that's something they absolutely do not want. No better way to drive away new players than to continuously lock away features behind a pay wall.

So I'm all for adding things to purchase that are optional. Truly i am, you can all brae and moan about slippery slopes all you like. I'm happyto surf down it.

That being said...glam plates barely function as it is, why would you want to pay for more broken and badly implemented content?

I'l pay for apps, mounts, glams,emotes and song rolls any day every day but not for borked up garbage.

Also if the only way to"fix" the plates is to paywall it.... then I'm going to get salty. Even i have a line.

Do you not realize that this app isn't just allowing you to pay for optional cosmetic stuff, but actual benefits in the game that allow you to have an edge over other players?

Indeed, it is going to be optional. But more and more stuff is going to an extra paywall. Having to pay $5/mth to access a basic UI feature of being able to easily move items between your retainers. This is ridiculous. I hope all the major news outlets pick up on it and it causes such a major stink and backlash that it causes SE to lose 99% of its stock price in a singular minute. My hands are tied due to static, house, and my FC, but those who aren't so tied up, please kick up this stink by voting with your wallet. Blizzard are the bigger MMO, and this is NOT the way to shift people from WoW to FFXIV. You need to be the better MMO, not the EA-on-steroids level nickle-and-diming MMO. Hell, I'm told even free to play MMOs aren't this bad on the microtransaction front.
