I would say that is the Bar at the Camp Bronze Lake Hot Springs.

Here is my entry. I'm a bit lazy so it might be too easy.

I wouldn't have called that easy at all honestly! I knew it was in Dravania Hinterlands and particularly the area near Idyllshire based on the foggy trees from the get-go....but, I had no idea it would be inside the actual town hub itself. So, bravo on that.

I was able to find the exact location [X: 7.8 Y: 3.4]. Idyllshire, behind Stickqix's Bangpots and near that little observation pavilion.
