    No. Not without fixing the primary issue with Eureka that many have which is its insane grind and monotonous progression with no reward or particular change in gameplay from 1-20.

    The point I got my relics or particular items was entirely RNG. Did I get enough crystals yet? Did I get the drop from the NM I wanted yet? ... play some more of the same stuff.

    If they're to remove the ONE thing that kept it under actual work to progress, I'm never doing it.

    I'll have to go with no on this one. The first day before people figured out the NM train technique, I tried Eureka with a few people just chain killing monsters on the beach and it was quite possibly the most boring thing ever. I lasted for about an hour before I threw in the towel and was ready to abandon the content entirely.

    The only thing I liked from abyssea was the way EXP worked minus the chest leeching. Longer chaining and longer light building lead to more exp per kill. This would make EXP parties much more relevant and alot less reliance on the NM grind.

    Find a way to incorporate longer chains and a higher exp boost. Have monsters drop chests that we open for abyssea items, medicines, NM pop items, etc... The overall idea is to make the whole world more engaging, not just a one trick pony NM train.

    No...... I have more fun in NM's than I do just getting into a group and killing mobs nonstop.... No thanks I prefer the train. However I would rather have open world dungeons, raids and solo daily quests mixed in with NMs on the next update..... but thats just my opinion.

    I would like for them to make it harder for people to afk, but I don't think this is quite the answer.

    How about.. in the Next Eureka installment, the only way you have access to it is if your FC is in a large house with 2- level 20 subs with at least 36 components used (since they may increase sub levels later) You would need this since each sub only fits 4 people.

    Then when you enter, outside the camp is max level monsters, and you have to run and doge to the edge of the place to get to monsters your level. Be sure to scatter around magic aggo monsters and detect low hp monsters so it can't be too easy to get there. Make sure there is narrow paths and caves here and there with magic detect aggro elementals on both sides just to make sure things are not too easy. Should you die and need to home point, you lose one full level, since anything less is handholding and too easy.

    When you finally get to camp, make sure there is at least 20 monsters in a small area, that link with each other when you pull them. We need to make sure players use CC abilities such as sleep and tribind. After killing 300 monsters, a NM appears that you need 70 people to kill. If you only have your party of 8 there, it will likely take 1 to 3 hours to kill, as people need nostalgia over pandemonium warden since old school MMOs are perfect without mistakes.

    Honestly, the rewards are acquired far too quickly. Everyone I know is no longer even playing the game since this content lasted all of a week. With 4.3 being over a month away, its going to be a quiet few weeks in FF14.... again.
