    The chain time isn't an issue solo save for healers or tanks, because of low DPS. You won't deplete a camp fast enough to need any longer time, and you usually kill them about the same time your potion regen buff takes. You might need it more in parties because you can burn through mobs faster, and chains reset on different mobs. The issue is that chaining in general is bad exp, especially solo; you'd have to grind like 12-15 chain 30s solo at around 10 or so to level, which is hundreds of mobs. While exp in the FATE train in general actually isn't better in terms of time spent for it, do you really want to destroy your hands on doing an ffxiv rotation on 300+ mobs?

    Chain xp is boring as hell lol Soo no to this and people with mounts use two seaters and carry lower levels so I fail to see the issue here....if SE kills NM exp they will be left with the day 1 and 2 expierence where is people hated the grind and figured it would take forever to level sooo no this is a bad idea of all sorts because just like some people don't like the train, some people don't like chain xp

    I'll add to this, NMs are your only source of anemos crystals and lockboxes, no idea why anyone wouldn't be going after them all the time when all you get from the alternative is only the lesser crystals (which anemos crystals can be converted into) and experience you have to worry about the credit for

    How about getting rid of xp completely and focusing on the actual end game instead of leveling all over again? We already got to max level and xp grinding is not what is supposed to come after hitting the cap.

    Have everyone start the next Eureka at level 20 and give people an elemental affinity which allows the player to receive loot from NMs of a certain element. That way each instance splits into 6 groups and each group focuses on spawning their own Pazuzu equivalents. Allow players to swap affinities by clicking a fairy so they can focus on the same bosses as their friends. If the fairies die after some amount of clicks then the whole instance can't choose the same elemental affinity.

    I have a better idea. Remove all EXP from enemies and only allow EXP to be earned from NM. /s

    I’m going to have to also say no. Grinding to 10 was not fun, and if it weren’t for the NM EXP, I feel I actually would have burned out(still haven’t doing NM). They just buffed chaining exp, what more do you want other than to take away from people who don’t hate it?

    I think they should as well. So the party atmosphere from the first few days can return. They should lower xp and only give anemos crystals and lockboxes from FATEs. Oh and those nifty items. Also I wish each group of mobs had an NM FATE they spawned. To add variety.

    That never left. The train is one gigantic party, comprised of lots of smaller parties.

    Unlike grinding parties, though, the chain lets you play with people of different levels. So you can play with your friends even if someone outlevels the other person.

    The party atmosphere was the EXACT same day 1-3 that it is now. I hit 19 and got my relic by day 4, and just as everyone did NM then waited for Pazuzu then, they also do so now.
