Locking lvl 370 items behind savage content IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

Just as the title says.
I was trying to do O5S lately in order to get start gaining something in this game and i end up hating O5S so much i was trying to do it 4 times already i give up, ending up with pugs being constantly dropped from the platform and touched by the ghosts, because the way hitboxes and hit registration in this game works is a nightmare and a total BS. There are too many mechanics to execute them with the group of random people and the enrage timer doesnt help it at all.
It makes me to drop this game and sub right away, due to the fact you HAVE TO complete it in order to proceed your progression further.
Also i dont understand one thing, why does SE are so much against parsers, when they have just released a content so heavly based on the DPS check where these parsers are necessary in order to finish the content without losing it every second time. Are they mad or something? Because i am, why? Because end game is drastically different from what i have experienced in this game so far and i have just hit a ceiling with my stupid head.
I like alliance raids, gold saucer, i kinda like dungeons i like doing omega outside of savage, and what? It will not give me the stuff i am looking for because 370 item level is ENTIRELY gated behind that content with this diabolic thing called enrage timer. Why? why are you forcing your players to play a numbers game with parser, in freaking 2018?
Give us at least and OPTION TO FARM one piece of this equipment doing other content or with tomestones, make it so we need to play 1 month to get one, BUT AT LEAST GIVE US AND OPTION to earn this thing, LIKE ANY OTHER MMO DOES since 1997.
Yes I AM BAD AND I FEEL BAD, but i am still a player that cannot do the content that gates my character progression, i sit at ilvl 354 and i am like 30% weaker than the guys who have a good guild and do the savage content with help of a parser and the items they already got, thats really nice isnt.
It is not funny to keep trying, wasting time and get nothing at all, why should i try to do it for the 10 time if i could play something else. For seven hells i cant think of a mmo that was infuriating me so bad lately, i was thinking ESO and their expert dungeons were stupid, but at least your item progression wasnt so heavly limited there, and FFXIV just broke all my expectations.
I understand some hardcore gamers should have their place in the game, and i am happy with it, they could have it all i dont mind, but lets say eureka is already here, there was a GIANT opportunity to throw in there 370 ilvl items for players who like just to farm but cant do the savage content because of the reasons. Why it have not been done? They pushed resources to the content lately that would be a great opposition to omega savesht but is not, because the rewards are meaningful and it will be forgotten within 1 month. Why?
Also i dont understand the logic behind argument of "because 370 ilvl is a reward for doing savage!", yes a reward for being a slave forced to do one thing over and over and over, thats so much fun, lets make a party!

First bolded point -- I have literally pugged 5s,6s,7s every week since week 1.

Second bolded -- No, you don't HAVE TO do the raids. If you want the top end gear you have to put in the work... period

Third bolded -- a parser in the hands of someone like you is a reciepe for disaster. but I will tell you why SE is "against" them.... griefing

Fourth bolded -- Yep, welcome to raiding. This is not the first nor will it be the last game to have enrage timers. It's a raid, not a petting zoo....

Here is my last bit of rant to you... I CRINGE everytime a player says this gear is gated behind content that they cant clear. Stop being lazy, and self centered, actually put in the effort to clear this content THAT HAS NO BEARING ON YOUR PROGRESSION UNLESS YOU ARE A RAIDER! You DO NOT NEED 370 GEAR IF YOU ARENT A RAIDER. Its not required for ANY CONTENT, hell the 370 gear isnt even required to complete the damn raids!

Um I've pugged all the way to my V8s clear you just need to gain some patience and realize things take longer with pugs than it would with a regular static...370 should absolutely be from savage what do you need 370 gear for besides the hardest content when everything only requires 350 and below gear

It's sounds less about the weapon and more about savage being an annoying wall to progression. If you think about it, there really isn't much to do long-term if you are a player who is not good enough for savage but still invested in the game more than casually. EX primal, one per patch or so, and that's it. Any other advancement is side content like crafting. Not much to do with combat classes. Eureka isn't particulalry satisfying, and relics were doing the same casual content, just a lot more.

TBH, 4x is hardly a number to get enraged over. Despite best efforts, we can hit over 50 wipes on O7S in pugs until we get that one magical moment where no one derps.
Just keep at it and you'll clear.

And 370 will be unlocked for all in time. Chill.

Highest ilvl stuff always comes from the new savage content until a patch later where equivalent stuff becomes available through tokens in the 24-man raid. It has been like this since Void Ark and it shows no signs of changing.

Its been like this since Syrcus tower. LotA was the only outlier, since the first set of tomestone gear, bought with Mythology tomes, was the same ilvl as raid gear, ilvl 90, so there were no upgrade items yet.

" Oh man, I need to put effort for everything I want " Cry harder. You want the gear? Then earn it like everyone else has since the start of this game. You feel like your not good enough? Then get good enough, only person/thing/etc holding you back is yourself. Anyone and everyone is capable of getting Savage gear if work hard enough and want it bad enough.

I'm not trying to defend the topic here or anything, but:

On one hand, there isn't any content in the game wherein you need 370 gear to do.

People really need to stop bringing this up as an argument.

It's not about whether you NEED the best stuff in the game to be able to do stuff; people still WANT to get stronger anyway and since at level 70 there's no way to build your experience level directly through combat any further, the emphasis then goes to equipment.

How many of you have gone out of your way to get the best equipment available in an offline RPG and make your party as strong as the limits of the game will allow, even though it was very often not needed to be able to beat the hardest challenges in the game? Willing to bet a whole bunch of you have. Same idea here.
