I agree. Feast exclusivity is fine, but MSQ NPC-related things just don't belong there.

Well, I can say when I saw the mount I thought "Well, that looks neat", but completely discarded the idea of getting it the moment I saw it was Feast related as I PVP casually and enjoy it, but there's no way I can get in the top 100 of the datacenter, not to mention I don't have the time to spend in such an effort.

However this thread made me think: what if they have the crazy idea of putting Estinien's hairstyle as a prize for Feast next time, or something more outrageous?
Sorry, that'd just toast my turnips to the highest degree; keep the Feast exclusivity rewards for sure, but don't put highly popular NPC items behind it.

I agree, Feast items should remain themed accordingly. Gobmachina for Rival Wings. Wolves and other predatory creatures for Feast. Military vehicles and banners for Frontlines.

Agreed. Please keep mounts on theme at least and keep NPC items out of the feast. If the general population is requesting something, put it where the general population can get it. Wouldn't it make more sense to go and ask these consistent top 100 folks what they'd like to see as a reward? Or just the pvp crowd in general? I bet they could come up with some really neat items that they feel are special to the huge effort they put forward.

I totally agree. I was even questioning our Hellhounds being a reward for Feast since it was a highly requested mount by the community. I find wolf mounts from primals more suitable for Feast, although I can see they were meant for the far eastern theme that Stormblood highlighted.

Odin and Shiva emotes were locked behind a 150€ figurine. Going by your logic they should've been rare loot from the primals. Or Twintania and the friend recruit campaign, tell me more about how that has anything to do with the allagans.
I see no reason for The Feast to not have a cool cosmetic/mount reward. Why does it have to be always wolves, cause the place is called the wolves' den? Come on...
