The one Frontlines map that's in Coerthas seems to show that the snow is very slowly melting? Obviously we wont see it go back to being a grassy field because of the time bubble, but yeah there's a lot of crime in the game. Even Garleans turn a blind eye to it if it's non Garleans on non Garleans. Though I doubt the lower cast gets treated any better. For a country that was the ones being picked on because they were the smaller weaker group in their part of the world they sure do cast their noses down on anyone who isn't one of them after they "stumbled" onto Allagan tech.

Camp Glory was one of the southernmost camps in the central Coerthas in 1.0, so I'm not sure if it's indicative of the eternal winter ending any time soon. It should be located between the North Shroud and Coerthas Central Highlands, so I'm not surprised it seems warmer there.
