Not entirely sure if asked in jest or not, but: absolutely not.
People need to stop giving SE cash shop ideas and give game content ideas. I'd gladly do a set of side quests to unlock the feature, perhaps have all of the Job quests NPCs be made to interact with each other in a storyline where they have to try out each other's jobs (make Sidurgu give Conjury a try. Please do it) and therefore be made to try the gear. Which leads to the WoL having to show everyone how to do it right.
But otherwise the artifact gear being job exclusive doesn't really bother me that much. Certainly not worth even $1 to unlock, let alone $50.
No. There's enough f2p garbage going on in a subscription game already.
No since it's something we shouldn't have to pay for in the first place, we pay monthly to play this game and its content. People seem to keep forgetting that fact lol.
I hate the whole idea of it. Bikinis require no class while worn for a reason. It isn't even combat gear. The only job where it would make sense to use the gear of other jobs for glamour is ninja, but that alone doesn't make it worth it.
F2P? I’m guessing you mean P2W, but level 1 glamours, rare dyes, old event items, and mounts aren’t really paying to win anything. It’s all vanity, and it won’t help you actually succeed in this game’s battle content.

No. I like gear being exclusive to each role or class. The Bikini Outfit Argument isn't solid reasoning for scrapping these restrictions btw.
I spend on a lot of silly things but even I would have to draw the line there. Cross role glamours should have been a thing a long time ago and I'm not gonna pay 50 bucks every time I want my healer to have a decent set of robes.
Secondly how would that even be implemented?
That's still not an excuse to justify players paying real money for it though. Again we pay a sub for this game just because something is vanity doesn't mean we should have to pay more out of pocket, our subscriptions pay for the game content, and anything can be argued as content. Including vanity items. Also what the OP is suggesting is something that should obviously be more of a quest unlocked type of thing anyway.

Artifact gear is one thing, the overly tight restrictions on other types of gear is different. (Why can’t my mage equip those DoW-only knee-high boots instead of the thigh-high mage ones?)
Doubly so when low-level undyeable gear has a higher-level dyeable version that’s more class-restricted. Eg: the Novice/Acolyte and Battlemage robe designs, both equippable by all mage classes, but the designs reoccur as the Cashmere Robes of Healing/Casting respectively and can only be equipped by that subset of classes.
Also I’ve noticed that a number of NPCs get to ignore the class restrictions and equip combinations of gear that a player can’t.
I think a fair compromise would be to be able to equip anything you have leveled the correct class for, regardless of your current class. (Though I suspect this might be another one of those hard coded system issues in how it judges whether your glamour shows up or not. It’s potentially ‘all or nothing’ between the current system and zero restrictions.)
In any case, I wouldn’t be buying any unlock behind such a ridiculous paywall.
