Housing restrictions not fair for individuals.

What's really unfair is that people who already had houses could trade them for better ones. So what ? We have to wait so we can buy those small houses people didn't really want ? Why did they allow individuals to relocate ? Why do they have the right to chose the best spots when we all have to wait ? That's BS.
I'm not against that restriction so FC's can finally buy a house. But allowing relocation for individuals was unfair.

Think of it this way: you buy a small plot and then relocate in the future. Then the Relocation Feature works in your favor.

Thats exactly what is said throught out this whole topic/thread, i totally agree its bs, far from legit & then ppl come in here trying to defend that saying, get an appart, get a small then relocate later itll be in your favor, ppl could lose life before any of this happen.

So what, if you do not spend 500M on a mansion or, make a fake fc for a medium, or live long enough, then sorry but you will never enjoy having your own place of the fair size for what you want? While i dont like to hear its a game its not rl for an argument as to why we shouldnt care too much about that whole housing issue, i also think that putting this argument on a reversed view stand true tho like, its a game we should be able to get access to that content fairly on the way most players want it, because yes irl as whats said so often, we will die before getting a personal mansion... most humans anyway

To me the bottom line is that the game we pay for was advertised with housing for everyone, not just for the FCs. A 24 hour head start would have been fair. You snooze you lose type deal. Anything longer than that is a bag of d*cks.

Important : Regarding Housing Plot Availability in Patch 2.38 and Beyond by Naoki_Yoshida, 15/09/2014:

We know that this is a very small number of additional wards, and are aware that this means that a large number of players will be unable to purchase land. Please accept our sincerest apologies for being unable to add a large number of new housing plots.

As far as im aware it wasnt advertised that everyone will get a house but that doesnt mean that its a good system, minus a couple exceptions, everyone want one & again no we do not necessarily want appartments (1room...) or a small, as ppl stated before, we pay to play & so we want to have access for something worth the efforts we put upon our goals, also known as: we want fairness, (fair&square) allowance to (bigger size... garden) medium houses & larger houses are for several reasons & no not just for workshop , airship & submarine but mainly to have more room & to decorate.

P.s: I do not believe we should have to justify & claim why we dont want to have this locked to fc only & as to why we desire more medium & large plots or universal sized plots with possibiltys of moving facing directions & advanced furnitures inside, ffxiv is a good game with dumb restrictions and wasted potential *imo*

Yes SE made mistakes by allowing FCs and house owners more than 24-48 hrs to move/relocate. Yes their housing system is FAIL and from what I have seen, they have been stringing people along with empty housing promises for a few years. I started with a small over a year ago then got lucky and stumbled on a medium. Put your time in first time buyers, pay your dues then relocate when you can. Crying on the forums is not going to change anything. I still have the same medium I originally purchased in the same place.
