I'm not sure if this is intended or a bug, but all the notes (C to C+1) of the lower octave of the Piano Performance Action sound quite unnatural and unlike the other 2 octaves.

It's not unnatural. They just have no reverb. I'm not sure how to explain reverb here, but it's that "lingering sound" that stays after you play a note. It's a little similar to holding down the pedal.
Actually now that I think about it, it's a lot less of a reverb effect, and more of a pedal hold but for a VERY short duration. To put it simply, the middle octave notes last a little bit longer because of this effect, but the lower and upper octaves are very "short" and abrupt. That's what causes them to sound weird and unnatural in comparison. And yeah, it's annoying. I wish they would either add the effect to all the notes, or get rid of it altogether.
I think the piano notes are wrong anyway. You can play tunes the harp or loot and go from c to b and it sounds right. On the piano it's like this massive change even though your only one note lower
They aren't wrong. They're just on higher octaves compared to the other instruments. I think that's nice because it allows you to play certain high-pitched songs.
I also wish the effects were the same on all octaves. Has anyone noticed that lute sounds unplayable? I can only bear listening to harp/piano.

It seemed to me that if you run down the notes for example
b a g f e d c then drop an octave and press b a g It doesn't sound quite right with the piano. But with the harp it flows much better.
