    Can you elaborate on the kind of issue you are having?

    Please provide:

    - Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
    - the nature of the latency
    - Type of connection (wired or wireless)
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

    As I mentioned above, its PC version, not sure what u mean by nature of latency it just makes the game unplayable its wireless connection, no other programs running...I have tried to reset my router, checked everything on my pc that could cause it but nothing helped.
    I'm not being funny but its hardly only me that this has been happening to if it affects other players and its after the 4.2 patch came out, coincidence? I don't think so. The game was perfectly working like a charm before the update and now I get booted from the game at least 5-10 times in 2.5hours which is definitely not helping the case that I pay for a subscription and this makes my gameplay experience very unpleasant.

    Type of latency? Uhh, general lag and disconnects I guess, particularly in duties.

    None
    Relogging, tried turning router on and off again, internet speed tests worked fine but XIV still has the issues. Haven't tried to reinstall yet but I will if this doesn't get resolved soon.

    It's very bizarre Ariel, only XIV has these issues, my other online games like Overwatch work perfectly fine and since my internet is also fine I don't think it's a problem on our end per se. I tried logging in to my alt on aether data center and it worked perfectly so it got me thinking it might be a data center issue so then I tried my alt on the same data center as my main character but on another world in the same data center and that worked fine too. My main character on Phoenix is the only one that is having this issue for some reason. My friend thinks it might be a routing issue on your end but I'm not a tech person so I got no clue.
