I know it's a stretch, but I'd figure I'd ask. Anyone can help? Would greatly appreciate.

If you're asking someone to simply give up their house to you, that's probably not going to happen.
If you're asking someone to take some gil for it, that's more or less not allowed.

Like I said, long shot. Not expecting much, but thanks![]()
Keep checking the ward listings randomly. While the auto-demolition timer's not active at the moment, people still switch servers/delete characters and such so houses do free up now and then.
Yea. I've been doing that for a while now. I dunno, maybe I am hoping to get lucky with someone that has been wanting to relinquish their plot but hasn't done so yet for some reason and sees my plea, and helps out. Like I stated, I know that the chances of that are slim to none, but never hurts to try, yea?
Just put a wtb on the PF. People here want to scare you out of buying a house, it’s not against the tos.
Mods and GM’s have been very vague about it. As long as the seller isn’t asking for 100mil for a cottage, nobody is going to blink an eye.
Check the subreddit page for housing market. Its probably the main unofficial house trading forums most NA players use. Be careful not to get ripped off though.
Its interesting these WTB house threads isn't deleted from the forums so far. Reason peeps don't want to openly discuss house prices etc its due to fear of being against ToS I believe. If these posts are allowed here, Reddit wouldn't need a specific subreddit page for the market.
True that. Many peeps who made a bunch of gil from selling Shirogane houses for hundreds of mil didn't get in trouble at all.
it's going to be the wild west for the first week once housing is released. So many guilds are going to transfer from small houses the chances of getting a small house are pretty good.
Then once you have a small house try and transfer to a larger house. Keep checking the wards.
@amomomo. The reason there are Reddit’s for housing is for rmt house buying. People literally using PayPal for buying houses.
Using in game Gil acquired without the use of rmt isn’t against the tos. Neither is selling a house for a small profit. SE has been so vague about the whole situation, I challenge anybody reading this to find it in the tos, live letters, questions to the developers, straight out of Yoshi P’s mouth, anywhere it says housing transactions between two people is against the tos.
Oh wow, thanks for the information and suggestions.I will keep trying, to have a home for me and mine is something we've been wanting to have for years. I hope that THIS time we CAN get a home to call our own, but I'm still a little skeptical considering how things have been in the past, hence why I have the posting here.
