Please fix the PvP Que times Yoshi![]()

Have not seen much bot activity on Chaos DC either. Maybe they are all on Rival Wings? I don't do much RW.Kisama, I didn't see much bots recently, maybe I'm lucky, but yea, I don't see as many suicidal ones doing nothing or waiting.
What i'm concerned about is to know that across all European servers (so also with middle east players too), we can have only 24people match of 10min after waiting like 30min. Isn't there a problem? Is really so few people interested in it?
When it comes to PvP in FFXIV, people tend to go for the map/mode with shortest queue time (which is Rival Wings atm) and the behavior has only gotten stronger since 4.0 with the addition of PvE experience.
I've been playing Frontline mainly for the past few weeks, and it's been fine. Queues have been around 10-15 minutes with real, actual players. Mostly the same faces.
The past few days however, bots are back in full force. I'm not sure why it changed all of a sudden.
And of course SE won't do anything about them.

in my experience shatter has been just cancerous with bots
secure is totally fine but the queue is unbelievbable, a shame to because the 8 man variant is cool and it has the most rewards to give
and astragalos is just a terrible game but the queue is fine and not being a 3-way match is a huge step in the right direction

Funny how the 1st fontline mode SE made is still the best one. 72 that is, different story with 24. I miss 24 slaughter... /cry
On topic: Mostly 24 pops as expected with occasional bots. I dunno why they keep botting PvP, I guess it's the only mode they still get away with it. Or am I missing something?

I've consistently been doing frontlines roulette on my main and on an alt, usually but not always during prime time. It's a ten to twenty minute wait for a 24 man and it's almost always shatter, but occasionally seal rock or secure. Oh, and I remove the freelance option.
I'd like to note that the big benefit of Freelancer was that it made queue times shorter.
Putting the issues with bots aside for a moment, consider that, our of 72 players, if 34 Maelstrom players queued, 20 Adders, and perhaps only 18 Flames were in queue, a match - a 72 man match - wouldn't happen. In a case of 24, if the split were 10/8/6, it still wouldn't happen as the matchmaking system can't properly assemble 3 teams of 8 for each GC. Frontline Freelancer enabled matches to occur so long as 24/72 players queued for it.
So removing the Freelancer option doesn't help queues. It actually makes it worse.
Mostly negative. Some observations after recently pushing to finish acquiring my Twin Adder horse:
- On Chaos, queue times are atrocious for most of the day and night. There's only a marginal improvement during prime time hours.
- Shatter is the most common mode to pop.
- Maelstrom seem much more coordinated on average than Adders and Flames and seem to win more often than not. Exceptions do exist to this rule, though.
- I haven't seen a 72 man pop in over a month. It's always 24 man these days.
