Apples and oranges. The Lore sets are based on those primals, the players aren't wearing Shiva's exact outfit (and Ifrit doesn't even wear anything to begin with). The suggestion here is about getting the set (or part of, the top) worn by Sophia, which is a set designed for a female model.

A better comparison to your Shiva/Ifrit Lore sets, would be if they had added a set that Sophia's followers are wearing. However, those are just the Syrcus Tower sets with a gold/black recolour.

Which is why I said before and I'll say again that I hope SE doesn't hide behind this very excuse and does go the extra mile to yes make a rendition for male characters as well. I might not necessarily use the top (...who am I kidding I so would) but the overall and acessories are very lovely and I'd like to use them

Yea I get all yalls points about the top. I would say that I'm totally for putting it in the game as a craftable piece from the Trial. It would be a great way to reignite old content, but my point was since you see a lot of character gear end up on the station like Lyse's gear and stuff, that at least we could just buy it.

And to the debate about males and females having it....

Well if you look at what they've done in this game before with other gear, they will have a version for females and an alternate version for males OR making it female exclusive. It doesn't have to right to be for males because it originates from a FEMALE character.

Also, heck they did come out with that shiva, ifrit, garuda, and leviathan inspired gear, why no Sophia? But since I want her EXACT top from her trial I would imagine it'd be a mog station thing.
