Right, so tackling the demand issue is the best way to get rid of the reseller issue. For every single suggestion to 'kill the flippers', I kinda tilt my head and easily think of ways to get around it. And I also squint because most of these suggestions hurt honest players.

One of the better suggestions for 'killing the flippers' is to make it, after relinquishing a property, it's not immiedatly placed back on the market for sale.

It would be set on a timer, that's random in how long before it comes back up.


If the flippers can't guarantee that a buyer will get their house, or exactly when to get it, that would seriously damper their 'business'.

What would be fair and square though with limited housing? Someone's always going to miss out.

One personal house Per account, one FC house per account Housing should be shared with your alts, FC Wards separate from Personal wards. That's as fair as it gets.

Your point being what? Buying houses on alt is allowed with the current system. Neither Siniztor or anyone else who done this has done anything bad. Someone beat you to it, deal with it.

Also keep in mind these people (for most part at least) got their houses back when nobody wanted houses - aka they were just standing there collecting dust.

And it's not about someone "beat" me to it, I have a house ty very much. Wouldn't mind upgrading it or our FC house to a bigger one, but they are most already taken by FC's owned by one person or others with no decorating anywhere. That is the problem, and thanks to those alt users people are commanding the ONE house per server thing which is understandable.

Go suck your thumb, the community needs that feature so Yoshida can actually say and mean everyone can have a house "fair and square".

Please note. I'm not attacking you so i don't know why you are 'Go suck on your thumb' and I agree it need a overhaul but also I'm being skeptical from their previous "fixes".

I can't see how people who buy houses on their alts are the bad guys here, they used the system as its designed.

Now, if they buy houses to just flip for profit - then its a completely different discussion and breaking the TOS.

That was mostly meant for everyone who is against the idea of having one house per server and not seeing alts with dozens of houses being an issue. Not saying they are bad guys, they have the money and Yoshida himself let people do things like that from the start, just saying it's time for a change.

And what I mean with the decorating is... if for example there is one item outside and nothing inside shows that the person who bought the house has no intention on using it, but instead just letting it be and have no real purpose. This may be because the person goes on break or the said alts just buying everything just to show and brag how many houses they have. Which is the issue people want to see going away.

Lmao not sure why i got called out but meh. as ive stated 100 times i got my 3 houses , back when 200+ houses were empty for a year empty plots as low as they vcould possable go lol.all my houses are maxed deco inside and out and used every day feel free to make a alt on Coeurl ill take you on a tour

I'm a supporter of 1 house per server and 1 FC house per server and we all need to agreed that one person FC situation need to be changed soon or later. I understand why owners of multiple plots try to defend their rights to own more houses than one. They didn't and still doesn't break any rule. They did use a flow in system that is still legal. But we all know that in current situation owning more than one plot feels wrong because of really high demanding on housing plots and a lot of new players. But when I see argument like "they were empty, they were dusted and not loved" - Guys, please I saw this reasons at first in open letter from mateus celebrity that own a whole ward. Having an alt, being an old player doesn't give you more rights to own a housing plot. I get it, you earned gil for another house and fully decorated it but I doubt that you earn this money just on your alt character without help from the main character. You're not above new players in this matter.
