Petition to Keep Balmung Server Locked

But... I want to transfer back. Every server I have played on since leaving has been incredibly anti-social in comparison.
That said, it makes sense to keep it locked.

I'm not trying to single you out replying to this, but when I hear this from Balmungers or people who were before I have to scratch my head. I'm on Faerie and it's definitely not anti-social. Sure, if I don't attempt to talk to anyone, I will be left alone usually, but even then I'll have random people ask me things like "nice glamour! Where can I get those?", ask me about a minion (especially Namingway) or even just emote to me if they recongnise my character. Limsa especially I've had a number of players randomly talk to me if I'm just standing around. Gredania and Kugane you can also find a fair bit of people.
Though as you say, it may pail in comparison to Balmung, the horror stories I hear from people there/used to be there may not be attention I actually want ^^'

Yes, Please keep it locked. The server being locked weened out a lot of whiny players and the RMT. Would love to keep the server chat spam free from RMT too.

I don't mind at all. I've been on Cactaur, Mateus and Behemoth after leaving Balmung; On Cactaur I find people to be very anti-social (and I do try), Mateus was ok but it didn't feel very populated at the time I was there. Behemoth I actually liked as a server but the Primal Data Center lacked PF activity so I went back to Cactaur.

At this point I just play FF14 as a single player game.... which is sad

Why not split up the favorite RP destinations like for example, Central Thanalan into 10,000 instances each and don't let them select which instance to move to, make it random, so they will spend hours trying to get a large group of self-entitled Role-Players together each day.
