    A True Roulette

I always liked the idea of a roulette in which one would receive some sort of exp multiplier for having different types of jobs unlocked. For example, have a dps and healer that meet an ilvl requirement for a certain set of roulettes? 1.5 the normal xp and you play whichever based on community need but all exp goes to the job you queued up with at the time. Another increase to the exp modifier if one also possesses a tank that meets the minimum ilvl for whichever roulette you fancy, thereby allowing you the greatest utility.
Ilvl could lock people out the same way levels do, not allowing one to queue into roulette duties that require a higher ilvl than one posseses on said class.
I feel as though that would not only have the potential to speed up the queues for dps as not everyone would end up as what they originally queued as, it would also add excitement as well as a possible appreciation for the different jobs and (though I feel I am dreaming) an added amount of patience and understanding for hopefully everyone in the DF. In reality it may just devolve into "I can do A with X skill, why can't you?" but I prefer to be optimistic. I also realize that many will have no interest in the exp modifier as their passion for a job or type will deter them, and such is fine, but those who simply want to level without the long waits could certainly take advantage of this.
For those who worry about this becoming a scenario akin to jump potions, I feel as though people that are good are good, or become so quickly. Those that aren't never quite catch up, so the issue isn't really people not playing their jobs thoroughly and being unable to assist a party at maximum potential, it is more that people will continue to play to their individual maximum potential regardless, they will just get to 70 faster, which will happen either way.
Don't want to to queue into the true roulettte? Don't! Simple enough. Perhaps queue times will be more equal now that others have the option. Mainly I just like the idea of not knowing what you will be doing, queue to queue. Sounds like my kind of spice. Just my two cents.
