In Regard to Housing in Patch 4.1

Was really really bummed when i completely missed my chance at getting even a small house.

Was worse that the servers came up 'after' i had to be at work. Sorta knew that meant i'd not even have a chance but was holding hope till i logged in 12 hours later and confirmed everything was gobbled up

I have a suggestion or two.
- One could be to give fc's a priority in some way, especially with the larger properties, fc wards possibly?
- Another would be an instance styled house for those who are willing. Like a pocket area with the house and it's yard and the area is surrounded by rocks or something immersive in design. So it would be an instance spot to go to the house an then again into the main house, if that is possible to do.
-On a side note, maybe open the new wards next patch at a different time of day then the patch going live where everyone is logging on for more than just the housing, i.e. the new story or dungeons.

Just please remember. You have 2 subscription plans 1- $11.99 for 1 character 2- $14.99 for 8 characters. I pay extra real life money for all 8 of my characters to have the same rights as the person who pays for 1 character. Yes i own more then one house I payed SE $18 to move to a low pop server for housing well over year ago. My houses are own on characters who have beaten all over HW 2 of them have beaten SB and 2 working SB.
Up until the day you did the free transfers there was any where from 400-200 empty houses for well over a year..in 2 days of the free transfers 218 houses sold on my server in 48 hours.
There is a houses problem yes its called lack of them. You are getting paid for X amount of characters and you supply -X amount of houses.
..Plain and simple we need more wards and not just 2-4-5 more like 30-50-100 more wards

One of the reasons I continue playing this game... after 1.0, and after all the time from 2.0 to now... is that SE continually reaffirms my faith that they have the best interests of players at heart and will, after receiving feedback, make essential changes to the game. A lot of people think that SE is just out to get them, or just being greedy, but honestly they just don't see the game the way we, the players, do. And that's because it's hard to... it's hard to divorce yourself from the developer mentality and look at it at just the player level and only the player level... you're constantly seeing what goes on behind the scenes, even when you play the game yourself, and that colors your opinions.

So thank you SE, and thank you YoshiP for once again reaffirming why I play this game, and why this is the best MMO out there right now.

Curious as to which game and what was issue.

I've personally had multiple issues with NC. The raw bottage on Lineage2, the devs of that game never fully dealing with that and other issues.
When NC took over guildwars and then proceded to mess up accounts and let accounts be hacked and in some cases, pillaged.

I would see a couple wards for Free Companies only, no private residences.

While I'm grateful for the additional plots. That doesn't address the core issue here. There would be plenty more plots (maybe still not enough for everyone, but that's life not everyone can get prime real estate) through out the housing districts if there were harsh limitations on the number of houses one could own. I frankly believe Every free company can have 1 house. Every player can have 1 house. That's it. I know in Adamantoise there are several free companies that own several houses. Next issue is the people who buy houses and then turn around and sell them for profit.
