    I'm going to get a lot of hate for this, but I pretty much plan to get a small house for all my alts. I don't see why I can't if I want to spend the gil for it. But to be honest, if they'd allow apartments to go up to the same interior size as a small house I would ONLY have a house for my FC. It's just that the single rooms are so small, it's hard to get creative in there. Also I don't care much about having an exterior or garden. I just want more interior space. So deluxe apartments would help a lot.

    As a reminder, we have bigger issues than not enough plots and that is other players abusing the system for their own gain. An my home server (Balmung) alone:

    -A certain large FC owns more than EIGHT plots in Shirogane and even more in other areas.

    -A certain individual got SIX plots in Shirogane by using alts.

    -At 5:00 AM (a mere 3 hours after patch went live), there were 10-15 people in Party Finder scalping property as high as 100 mil for a small plot out in the open.

    -I did not see this myself (as I couldn't even get past lobby error) but supposedly bots were warping to plots and auto clicking before the honest players at full sprint or on a mount could fairly rush there.

    -FCs with one level 1 alt buying a house (basically a placeholder to secure a spot to scalp later and transfer high gil amount to their main).

    We absolutely need housing locked to one account (not per character and not per server). One personal, one FC and that is it. Until every player has at least one house we can't have more than our fair share of this apparently limited resource.

    We need to stop house flippers/RMT bots from taking away what little housing we have for their own profit. Relinquished housing should be locked and unavailable for purchase. I don't care if we lottery for that open plot, have a wait list or it stays empty until next patch. As long as it's impossible to camp it and snatch it from a resell.

    I have pipe dreams of being able to upgrade home size on one plot or have a better apartment system, perhaps with a pool, community garden and chocobo pasture but I'm not asking for grand changes. All I want is for changes to be made to stop those who would take advantage from abusing the system and ruining a housing opportunity from many other players.

    It's the little things like this, the fact they have taken the time to say something, that makes me love this game and this company, and it's a big reason why I doubt I'll ever go back to a game like WoW because Blizz would never take the time to make a post like this, let alone even consider putting in changes to begin this.

    Just doubling or tripling the amount of wards won't fix the underlying issue.

    If new wards are added, I suggest players who already own property on the server be prohibited from purchasing or relocating to new plots for at least a month.

    This will give players who have never owned land a chance to find a property without having to log in and deal with the Hunger Games style madness the moment a patch goes live, and also give players who can't quite afford a house yet time enough to farm some gil.

    How about 100 Wards minimum?
    I mean sorry - i dont care much for a house if there is nobody around to share it with you.
    Whats a neighbor? Maybe somebody in the distance hitting a dummy. Anything else? Maybe somebody crafting close to the Market-board.
    Sadly its still pretty senseless. The core should change if you ask me.
