Seeing your in this case, a little bit, ironic signature... maybe him saying nothing could have been better? Also his response was pretty much not saying much, just telling people people they've noticed the complaining (they'd have to be blind and deaf not to). They don't really seem to have a real solution in the works at all, and I'd say they're most likely just going to wait until this blows over.
