The special site created solely for what patch 4.1 will be bringing to the game? Okay, that's not a trailer, but a promotional page. Yes, housing is on it, as yes, 4.1 did bring open the sale of housing in Shirogane. It is not the only thing listed for 4.1's content, as well as beast tribes and squadrons (which, by your own statement, I can equally say is as much as a 24 man raid).

I'm honestly trying to recall what trailer showcased housing for Stormblood. The official Stormblood trailer shows only cinematic.

They highlight it in the 4.1 trailer launch. Nevertheless, if it's a feature value, it's well within their right to criticise the game and/or patch. It's no different than people who hated Gordias, and thus, criticised Heavensward initially.

this suggestion is not a better solution. the problem is the supply is too low for the demand.

One, I never said it was a better solution to the problem at hand. In fact and I quote what I said, "It still not a fix to the housing."
Which leads to two, I know it a supply being to low for the demand. But do you see SE doing anything about it? We've been four years into this without a real fix. Add more wards? (which is what they did back before HW) Not a fix. Not to servers like Balmung it isn't and even now the lower pop servers.

What I will agree with is that yea, zones may just crash out.
These wonderful server upgrades that SE did really prove just how much them upgrades really did.

Yes, I'm aware. It's a content list (not trailer). As I pointed out on the page before, it also lists Eureka, which we just got, as well as had Ivalice listed before 4.1 launched.

We knew housing was going to be unreasonably limited for the amount of excitement generated when Shirogane was first announced. Why it took the player base this long to be up in arms is a little bit beyond me. It should have had this much commotion surrounding it prior to Shirogane's doors being open when it wasn't said that there would be increases to wards. Like I said, be upset, but be reasonable.

Adding and maintaining more wards is expensive, and the reason this patch has been otherwise light on content. SE can't simply 'add more'. There *is* instanced housing in the form of apartments, but everyone seems to snub their noses at it for not being as good as the persistent offering. As for "Get rid of it", you're simply being spiteful to those who managed to get a plot. "If I can't have [thing], then nobody else can have [thing]!" is what you're saying.

For those that says adding more wards is expensive, you don't know what you talk about, they enhanced the graphics and now the worse place that's sounds a ps4 pro is in the wards and the difference before SB, is minimum at the eye, they just stop optimizate the resources, now add wards it is the same easy as the probe with the appartements, why is this? Easy auto-generated apartments was automatically generated when people buy until the 30 spots where full and the mantainance are easy. For other part instances aren't a good option since there is a instance server and instance local this you can test by been in a party and enter to the rising stonework walking sands, so for fc is bad option.

And that's exactly the problem. It isn't as good as the persistent offering.

With the persistent housing wards being expensive, and SE being unable or unwilling to maintain enough of them for the entire playerbase, they should want people to favor the cheaper to maintain instanced version. They should have made it better than a house in the persistent wards, not this pathetically limited excuse for housing that we got from it.


p.s. I have a house. But that doesn't stop me from feeling bad for those who don't, or frustrated by clearly bad design of a major game feature.

100 items for apartments, 200 for small houses, 300 for mediums and 400 for a large.

All of your links are broken.

House demolition is suspended, but I think they have 45 days to build a house before it becomes reclaimed. Hopefully, that is separate from inactive housing reclamation.
