I've been playing on PC since 2.1 and haven't dropped sub once ever since. I switched to PS4 recently.

I wasn't too sure how the qualification terms exactly worked, so decided to talk to SE support TWICE to make sure I did everything by the book.

They told me that while I did not qualify for the first wave, they checked my account and said I qualified since 9/21 and would get it in the second wave.

Oct 5th came and nothing came. I was disheartened to learn by an agent that, after all, no, I did not qualify, and that the previous agents had just made a mistake.

I think it's inexcusable - being subbed for so long, only to be lied to by staff, and then being unable to do anything about it. I've rarely seen companies with such contempt for their customers.

With the loss of veteran rewards, the housing meltdown, and this mess of a promotion, I will probably be letting my sub expire for the first time since 2.1. Good job on alienating your customers SE.
