Housing should be limited to FC's

How about no.
If that's the case i would make a 1 man FC. How would that resolve anything?

Force FCs to have at least 4 or 5 members, or risk getting disbanded after a set period of time. Also throw in a strike system on the FC where they have to maintain members at or above the limit for a certain period of time to make a strike go away, or bad stuff happens when they get three strikes.

That system would likely never get seen by most FCs, yet it would prevent the 1 man FC from being a thing, which would also prevent those houses from being part of the market.
