It isn't Yoshi-P who did the new UI. It is the guy they brought on with him last year. The same guy who did the FFXII UI.

Ultimately everything that goes into the game has to go through Yoshi-P and he has to approve it.
What you are saying (hold on ppl who dont live in the UK) is like saying the queen of england didnt make a new law, even though they all have to be approved by her before they can be UK law.
In a way Yoshi-P did some of it because his suggestions will have gone into it, all the UI designers do is make it, then give the pic to Yoshi-P who approves it or says what needs changing.

what ui???
I was not discounting Yoshi-P's contribution. But what really has me so excited about the future of the game is that it isn't just Yoshi-P. They have assembled what amounts to a game dev super team. With the Top tech guy at the entire company working on the engine and the guy who designed the original iconic Final Fantasy active battle system redoing the FFXIV battle system.Ultimately everything that goes into the game has to go through Yoshi-P and he has to approve it.

Nope. I love it too, I love the idea of UI mods, I'm really excited to see what they can do once they're not saddled with an asston of spaghetti code.
7UP!
I love the new UI, I love the new producer, I love the new team, I love the new world, and I love the new vision!
I'm not sold. Static images mean nothing. Now hands on demo... why you had me at hands on.
