Prioritize FC Houses over Personal Houses in Transfers/Purchases

FC houses aren't just for FC owners, it's not a 1 to 1 comparison. FC houses are for more than 1 person. If an FC has 20 active players that's definitely more useful than a personal house for 1 person.

Yes, there's a way to end up with FCs that only has 1 character in it but that's a different issue.

I know of several FC's that are single player only owned - Just because it's an FC don't assume it's for allot of people!

Also the FC needs a house so everyone in the FC can have a room for themselves and enjoy some of the benefits of housing. SO yea FC's should have priority over housing vs individual players.

This is why they have apartments - no longer needed in FC's
