It took me 745 fates to get all the Yo-kai weapons

It took me well over 1100 fates last when it was up, but I was able to slowly level up some other classes at the time, so it gave me more of a reason to do it all.

I didn't keep track as I figured it would be too depressing. I got my last weapon yesterday and have pretty much dedicated my play time since the start of the event to getting the minions and weapons. Looking back it doesn't seem all that bad but I don't want to repeat a thing like that again any time soon.

Don't worry I am sure the new relic/anima weapon won't have anything to do with fates /sarcasm, yeah no I am not going to burn myself out on this event I'll save it for the new relic quest line.

(Yokai Watch isn't a Square-Enix property, so there are probably legal issues involved preventing them from "selling" the item. Ditto for the Garo stuff.)

I always find this a little strange. If no one is doing FATEs and you have a max rank bird you can solo a lot of them in 2 mins boss and mob. Just not the special ones. I guess also working on you have BiS leveling gear at all times. To many and mobs evaporate and to few and they buff become a pain to kill.

You can't use your chocobo if you're trying to get the legendary weapons. The requirements for those are to have a specific minion out, thus no chocobo. Can't even start with a chocobo and put it away as the minion won't respawn automatically as you're still in battle (and you can't summon while in battle).
