And I bet you'll never clear it.

RISE... RIIIIIIISE TOO THE OCCASION.
If you want true challenge and effort, go help/teach/encourage your casual playerbase to raid. You will find that alot more challenge pushing yourself to your class's limits and for some people alot more enjoyment. I mean ya group waltz on key to a scripted boss in ffxiv is fun and all but nothing compares to the struggle for that one clear with a group of casuals or people learning. I play for that feeling alone! <= another susy joke.

Second Coil Savages are 30 second burns now.
The first week of 5.0 many will clear Ultimate unsynched in lv80 gear.
The only exception to 'if can't beat it then overgear it years later' is A8S which is often imposible to complete unsynched because of 4.0 changes to accuracy. The boss simply misses lv70 tank in the last phase resulting in not removed Final Punishment stacks and instawipe.

Weren't we already told months ago that Super Savage was going to be a revisit of an existing fight? Why is OP surprised it's 'recycled' ?

I think synced, current content or min ilvl synched was considered not unsynched, granted I think savage title should be given only when doing content synched opr min ilvl synchedSecond Coil Savages are 30 second burns now.

ARE YOU KIDDING?! BAHAMUT TWINTANIA AND NAEL AT ONCE!!! It sounds AMAZING. If its anything like those fights were when released, we're in for a good time.

The very existence of Super Savage shows the developers think about their entire playerbase. It shows they are aware there is a small segment who want ultra-hard content. However, they are going to have to justify to their shareholders and others in the company the time they spend on making this content. For that small of a segment of the population, they're going to be limited in how many resources they can devote. Now, if this turns out to be highly popular and surpasses their expectations then they can make the argument on devoting more time. Just enjoy it, and most importantly do it, and know that the developers are thinking of their ultra-hardcore playerbase as much as they do their ultra-casual playerbase.

i'm happy for the hardcore raider, however, wasn't more important to develop a content for midcore player first? a large part of the community simply don't raid, either by lack of time, will or GROUP. it was asked a lot of time to create a content challenging for 4 player... that will be used by people that do raid and people that don't do raid. however it seems it's more important to bring out content for a small part of the community.
the game lack a content challenging for 4 player that can be used for train skill that will be usefull in extrem and savage. the raid in normal don't help to really train, expert are....too easy... leading people to jump directly in hard content at 8 and we often see people that lack personal skill for do this sort of content at 8.
i will be blunt ask to people to train in content at 8 for the same content is stupid, most of the community don't have the patient for allows people to train, it's needed to create a content specialized in this sort of goal. allowing people to earn skill that is lacking in many people. because be a bad player is not something that can't be changed, everyone is bad at the start, with training and time it possible to get better. sadly FF14 don't cater at all for this... we have the casual and hardcore content, but the midcore is left out (and no extrem is not midcore content, people saying this need to relearn the real definition)
like said i'm happy for the hardcore gamer and i doubt more of 2-3% of the community will every seen most of this content and maybe less of 1% will complet it. i wish they had focus them work on creating a true content for training purpose and challenging at 4 first.

A lot of people buy runs so title is meaningless anyway because you can't prove you got it legit. I see O4S sales ads in PF every day. SE should outlaw such activities because it only promotes RMT (they charge 300m or something).
