SCH Dungeon DPS is 10x better now because of spam Miasma II, it used to be miserable without.
For sure, the bigger the pull the better SCH can get. I'm not gonna deny how awesome Thin air + holy is, but for wall-to-wall pulls SCH will out-DPS WHM because of faster cast time on miasma II + DoT, no fall-off, and the additional effect of Bane aoe. For those kinds of pulls SCH can beat out monk/ninja/sams etc in DPS.

Healing isn't an issue either because Miasma lets us weave unlimited lustrates, and for wall-to-wall pulls you should have a minimum of 6 AF stack to use + fairy + dissipation.
