Moving the ARR mount speeds to Grand Company Seals would be a good idea along with adding items like the tickets, or even some late HW catalyst crafting parts, even if the price was much higher for either. It's basically in SE's best interests to make sure people are spending seals continuously.

I'd be so for the speed boosts, even if they cost over 20k GC sealsMoving the ARR mount speeds to Grand Company Seals would be a good idea along with adding items like the tickets, or even some late HW catalyst crafting parts, even if the price was much higher for either. I can find uses for them but it would be better if they kept adding new gearsets, if only for glamor, as a seal sink. I know that takes a lot of resources to design clothing for each GC though. The aetheryte tickets thing is fine, although if you're doing that I expect it will be the new thing people buy many stacks of, and never pay for teleports again due to a continued lack of alternatives for seals.

As an Omni crafter, there is no such thing to me as having more GC seals than I know what to do with. If nothing else, I'll use them to buy mats like potash, coke, schellite, etc. and sell them on the MB. All of which sale quickly, and considerably well. That gil is then used to buy things I am too lazy to get/craft myself.
I will admit though, there probably can and should be more things to buy with them, but I wouldn't stress out about it. If you're capped and tired of trying to figure out where to spend them, just let it slide for a little while. You can pass on the dungeon drops so that way they go to those who need/want them for their own purposes.

You could use the seals to buy a stack or two of grade 7 matter over the gil option of buying it. I guarantee you those seals will be gone on the first stack. That stuff is expensive if you're burning through a lot of SB gear wear. I'm not looking forward to the eventual grade 8. :P
If that's the case, can we have a check box or something that removes the extra window asking if we really wanna use a ticket? Seriously, that extra click is so annoying that it's the sole reason I don't use those tickets. Just make it so it uses the ticket automatically if you have it in your inventory or make a toggle for it. Please.Greetings,
Thanks for the feedback. It certainly does feel like we're sometimes swimming in Grand Company seals. We've passed this along to the dev. team, and they said they'll consider adding more items that can be exchanged for company seals, such as aetheryte tickets.

While I would LOVE to have new things to spend my GC's on, I gotta admit if I look hard enough I can find things to DECIMATE my backstores. That being said applying them to something more currently relevant would be very nice though. Mount speed, Materia, new crafting mats, something that's relevant for the SB world rather than just converting it into Gil or Old progression items.
WHERE IS THIS KETTLE EVERYONE KEEPS INTRODUCING ME TO?
I am actually strongly against the idea of getting Aetherite tickets with GC seals.
The game's inflation is already horrible. We need MORE gil sinks, not less.
We need consistent ways to consume gil otherwise in another 12 months, gil is just going to be even more out of hand.
Things like shards / crystals / clusters etc would be a better step in the right direction - as these don't generate gil or reduce gil deletion.
Using aetherite tickets reduce the amount of gil that is deleted from the server. Which is BAD.
What about, Event Furniture unlocked via getting the achievement. . . Cause it really sucks to have a limited window to obtain the every increasing amount of unique event furniture especially wallpaper which is lost upon changing to a new one.Greetings,
