NPC lalafells I can easily see as adults, PC lalafell on the other hand well...unless they have facial hair I can't really see most of them as adults, mainly cause of how most of them dress.

They're not, and like I said in this thread, according to what lore I've seen and heard, they stop growing at around age 10, so any Lalafell children we've seen would have to be that age at the youngest.
Hopefully we'll see proper models whenever we get to Thavnair.
Oh they are, but there's one big difference. A 7-9 pound child when you weigh around 130 pounds. There's room to survive. Carrying a 50 pound child when you weigh 50 pounds yourself is another story.
I see them as adults... cute adults. Someone also said that they look like chibi anime characters, and I actually think that it fits perfectly.
I'm really interested in how a child Lalafellin would look like now tbh, just to make a comparison between adult and kid lalas.

It's a split.
On one hand, most of the adult Lala's we meet are either courageous and headstrong(Pipin) or straight devilish(the one dude that name escapes me but he had a bitchin stache)

In the picture there I feel like it's pretty clear Honoroit is a kid just seeing him compared to an adult Elezen. Yes he has more reaponsibility than a child in our world would but when you look at Ishgard as a sort of 'middle ages' type civilization that makes sense. He is referred to as a pageboy which I feel like is also not the job title of an adult.
The twins aren't kids but they aren't adults either. They're likely in their late teens but unless we are to assume they are something other than genetically Elezen (despite their lineage from a known Elezen) I feel like we have to at least understand they are examples of Elezen who have not reached physical maturity.
According to the Lore book, Elezen only live about 50% longer than other races, IF that much.
An old Hyur will be in his 70-80's, an old elezen will probably break a century. They're not your typical fantasy elves, no normal person lives like Elrond.
There's also Saulette in the manor after you finish 3.3? 3.4? One of the two, who is definitely a child. In addition, HW BSM quests have Laurisse, who's still young, the CRP quests have the quest npc's son, there's commonly children in the brume, and there's that kid whose name I forgot that's rescued by Vidofnir in 3.2? 3.3?
Ishgard is chock full of elezen kids if you pay attention.
Have you heard Jap Pipin?I see them as just another dwarf race, this time less ugly. Its more like the polar opposite of western dwarves in fiction where theyre all ugly lil shites. Their emotes are too cutesy though.
Localization and voice team did a good job on making them seem more adult. I can't take them seriously in the Japanese dub of the game but do in the English version.
Voice deeper than a lot of male NPCs in game
Lalafells are specifically listed as the dwarf race, although they are also noted to look like children to some, but moreso from a far distance.
Honestly I bet if they made them how a dwarf race usually ends up in popular games, they would end up being either unplayed due to ugly looks, or they'd just be another furry race.
Sorry if you already posted it somewhere, but please source. I could never find this info, and even asking GM's after they helped me with other situations (That warrent the ticket not me just opening a ticket going, "HOW DO LALA AGE") and it would have helped with my rp setup...
