The only way I can do anything is, by voicing my opinion about the things we dont get, maybe in the hope that SE realizes that country exclusive stuff is not nice.

Yeah no china and Korea get some stuff censored and have a completely different mentality when it comes to cash shop where there's no shame in generally having to pay more since they pay for hours played and then also have a huge cash shop. I don't mind at all if they get more cash shop items. The only thing I really do mind is the promotional campaigns where someone who could be on the same server as me can habe an item I can't.

And getting some monsters changed and stuff a bit later means that they need so many exclusive items? Especially when they get another nice looking unique outfit while we dont even get something new in our summer event?

Interestingly they also get all the promotion stuff from our side too without all the need for promotions and without having to wait a long time to even get an answer if those countries that never got a promotion will get the item..and on top of getting the butler clothes they also get a butler costume for their birds.
