SE please give us more housing ( small / medium / large )

There are way to little houses for the populare servers
we have endured the server transfer , you got rid of the ps3

now give us houses
don't care how you do it make them all instanced or limit everyone with one home for each account ,just boost the amount of wards

Add more appartments already!
Make them upgradeable to the size of a small, medium or even large house!
Add an instanced garden for gardening!

After this remove all private houses and make the neighborhoods FC only! XD

Guys, we'been asking this for the past 2 years and SE always refused to admit it's housing sucks and the only good solution would be to rework it

Never going to happen, just like the inventory issues we have. These complaints have been going since ARR already, and SE not interested tbh!

Oh I don't think they refused to admit that it's bad. They said they knew the problems, but as with pretty much every single other improvement suggested since ARR, they can't do anything about it unless they rework it entirely.

Since they reworked the game almost entirely once, I can't blame them for saying they either can't or don't want to do it, but still...

Not our problem. If they had done it properly from the beginning they would not have to rework it.
A limited amount of houses ? In a MMO nowadays ? Come on, you just need to play MMOs to know it's not gonna work cause a lot of people love this kind of "useless" (in opposition to dungeons and raid for stuff for example)thing.
Just look at the mess Archeage has been with their limited plot and how people praise Wildstarn Rift, EQ2 etc for their housing

Well, we ARE getting Shirogane very soon, a whole new housing area, with all the associated districts and subdistricts. It likely still won't be enough, but it WILL be a heckuva lot of new houses.

Even if you can't access Shirogane yet, a lot of folks are going to be transferring their house there, so new spots should open up in the old wards.

Don't know how it worked on Gilgamesh but last time they added new area, some server had no more houses left 2 or 3 minutes after server opened :/
Most of the players were still in log queue that all the plot were already taken and re-sold for 5 or 6 times the normal price

I was thinking about the housing thing for awhile now...
I had hoped SE would make it that you could only own one house per server. (excluding the FC house, because most feel it is a joint house and it is in sense that you are co-operating with others rather than your style.)

But obviously, they don't feel people should be constricted in such a way so, what I'm thinking now is along the lines of FFXI. Where we have apartments. (Yes, I know thats in the game already!)
But stick with me...!

Instead of zoning into a small room, we enter a housing area! (So follow me, instead of it being an apartment, maybe like a gate there instead that leads to a housing area). You click it and it brings you to a zoned house/that you can customize in and out with no loading screen inbetween. Only those on your friends list/fc/party can access it. Kinda similar to what we have but not like totally wide open.
So when someone wants to do a housing party they make an alliance and thus they have access to that house.

I hope you get what I mean. hmm.

It elimiates the need for extra housing because its readily availble to you. And if you purchesed a small, then, you can upgrade it, and all housing items already in it will get saved in a temp storage area. So when upgraded they are removed temporarly and the house gets bigger when you re-zone. And thus you can re-open said bin and start refurnishing.
