GC Seals to boost mount travel speeds, please

I'm sitting in Thanalan waiting for one of my daily ARR hunt's FATE to spawn. I'm bored to tears. Hunting, even with daily and weekly marks, is just not my cup of tea. However, I really want the mount speed increase.

Is there any way we can please use GC seals to purchase the mount speed increase items? I'm not interested in zerging hunts, which usually die before I get to them, or camping FATEs hoping the boss appears. I love running dungeons and turning gear in for seals.

Can we please have more than one way to get the speed increases? If not just GC seals, maybe Poetics or Verity?

It's most likely meant to be a long term goal/use of allied seals - just do the weekly elite hunt bill and you can get a book every few weeks. It would be fine if you could get them for like 3x centurio seals instead (since those are so much easier to get) but GC seals? way too easy might as well just give everyone the speed for free at that point.

I honestly think Allied Seals should be retired and all hunts award Centurio seals, but that's just me.

I fully expect in 5.0 we need to get yet another new set of allied seal purchases (per zone) to unlock flying in 1.0 zones. They are doing this to keep lower content viable for those still leveling. New players = profit for SE and the rest of us, so I don't see this tactic changing.

My complaint with ARR zone seals is that you can only get a very small amount reliably everyday.

For Centurion seals, the multiple sets of hunting marks guarantee you at least 150 (15*5*2) per day if you only do rank 3. Two days and you unlock one area's mount speed.

For Allied seals, you have one set of hunts per day and half of them are FATE boss mobs. Otherwise, you are looking at a measly 24 seals per day. That's more than ten days of steady grinding per area and we have a lot of ground to cover.

Yeah I didn't do hunt fates back in ARR when they were relevant and I sure as hell am not doing them now. They were always tedious. Just do your normal hunts and B ranks, join a hunting LS that calls out A and S ranks in all zones, including ARR. You'll get there eventually. This is a long term thing anyway, if you do little by little every day you will unlock it eventually.

I would be happier if they changed daily marks from FATEs to regular, lvl 50 mobs. Keep the reward low since they die in like half a hit, but changing the marks to something like Centurio dailies a lot less painful (and a lot more worth it since waiting out FATEs for a handful of marks is kind of soul crushing).
