Am just DONE with Fox Lady Fate

I've stopped doing any instance beyond a 2-minute WT run to make sure I avoid this problem. :-/

Idea for a band-aid to the problem with FATEs (though it wouldn't alleviate all the issues here) would be to put in new challenge log entries for completing X number of epic FATEs and X number or World Boss FATEs each week.
Hell, have them reward a load of Creation.

3rd day of trying to spawn this crap and zones are still dead.
At least push people to want to do these.

I finally managed to spawn the outfoxed FATE, while it's a pain to do Ginko/Kinko alone, I was able to make outfoxed spawn 2 times already, outfoxed is where things get a bit difficult since it's a challenge to do it alone, but if you shout in chat for help, at least one person will come, not counting my FC mates that helped me on both, so now I'm 2/6 for the headband.

What I do, is do both Ginko/Kinko in one instance and wait for about 5min to see if outfoxed appears, if it doesn't, I move to another instance and try again, so far I always make it spawn on the first try, I know it's a pain but it's better than nothing. :/
