I usually gives comms to non-dieing DRGs, usually means they did good.

Of course this coming from the suicidal RDM who feels the need to risk that one displace on a falling platform...

It's only a danger if the enemy is moving/tanked in the middle of a small platform(Titan EX for example...the platform is BARELY large enough to displace from dead center and stay on top).

at least it prevent's you from being kicked most of the times. Just did a trial roulette, and I wanted to type "morning" but somehow my chat box wasn't active, so I just auto ran into the boss. NP because queue'd as tank but I felt like an idiot, and healers agreed with me (proofing it with their action of letting me die), so I said "sry I main drg" and got 6 comms at the end, because NIN pointed out that I didn't have it even level'd lol.

That moment when you realize the guy you were paired with in the DF is someone you recognize from the forums...
Yesterday I was paired at Haukke Manor with a Tank that happened to be the guy that makes weirdly forum threads every now and then (can't tell the name cuz forum rules). It came out as a sort of shock. I always thought it would be quite bad to run upon that guy...

Surprise, surprise? It was quite the smooth run so nothing much else to say :/
(And I didn't realize who they were until the run was over anyway)

The rare instance healer is job in need for leveling roulette, I get Doma Castle.

The tank is not synced at 67. Okay, I can handle this...

He used no tanking CDs the whole instance and always double pulled.

Near last pull to the boss, he got ballsy and pulled more than he could handle. I spammed Lustrate 6 times! (yes, using it right after the CD was done, using aetherflow then burning all three stacks). Then I had to spam physick and aldo... He still died before aether could come back up. I ressed him, he didn't accept res until I died, RDM ressed me, luckily aether was off CD and did Lustrate spam and the group survived somehow... My text "sorry, burned every CD I had to keep you alive, did you use any tank CDs?" "At least we made it" was his only response /facepalm. No comms given to me, like it was my fault the tank is a dummy...

I got a good story from potd 41-50

So i had done this once before and was an epic fail on the boss, so i read up on the mechanics then went in on a matched party. I get in and i have 3 sprouts with me, my first thought was this ain't gonna go well.

So i stop and ask if everyone knows the boss fight, one says 95% sure but wouldn't mind it explaining. So i go through the mechanics i had read, telling them at the same time i had never done it just read up. the group was gladiator (me), 2x red mage, 1x ninja.

Were going through hitting chests i had asked for all defensive and offensive buffs to be saved. At one point the group rushed to cairn, i said we needed to collect poms for boss. They went with it and we kept getting all chests.

By floor 48 we had 3 strength, 3 steel and a lust saved up, and i had the buffs active on me. So on floor 49 i say to rush it since we are done with chests. We rush and get to 50, i ask everyone to use strength and steel. Then after for the ninja to use lust for the boss damage buff (don't actually know if strength and steel stacks with lust but figured no harm in having all 3), and asked the red mages to heal where needed since we have no healer.

Everyone stuck to the plan, the ninja stacked the lust pom damage buff on boss, red mages healed when needed as well as doing dps and i tanked it. We downed it flawlessly without a single death.

The lesson to be learned from this, don't think players are bad just cuz there new. With tactics explained and a plan had a flawless run with 3 sprouts.

Queued for Leveling Roulette as WHM. Got Toto-Rak of course lol. Right away the dps left, and I saw the tank was using return. o.O Then he dipped. Everytime sigh. One of the sprouts was like "Why would they do that????"

Should have told them it's because the penalty for ditching a dungeon that you got from selecting roulette isn't harsh enough.
