The casters are the least homogenised role anyway, each one is strongly set in a unique gimmick that makes them play nothing alike, so adding res to the only one that doesn't res wouldn't do anything to hurt the uniqueness of each job. For utility, rdm still has a cure and embolden buff to offset whatever personal dps loss it has compared to blm.
