The sorry state of DPS dutyfinder

So, before Stormblood, there was a bit of a wait getting into the Dutyfinder as a DPS. But it wasn't too bad.
Now, with two new DPS classes, anything that isn't on the any of the roulettes takes hours to match up. On average, in the roulette, I'm waiting at bare minimum half an hour to get paired up, and if I do anything that isn't on the roulette, I'm there for upwards of an hour and a half before I get anything other than full dps-slots.

Just today I waited two hours in a duty matchup for nothing more than a full DPS slots. I had to quit out after those two hours because I had to go somewhere.

I know they probably can't do anything to the finder itself but if I could request either more tanks and healer classes instead of more and more DPS, I'm sure the DPS community would be grateful. I'm getting really tired of having to watch a movie and a half before I get anything other than more DPS in the matchup.

It has been more reasonable lately, at least for me. On expansion launch it was 30+ minutes for pretty much anything. Now the expert roulette is 15-20 minutes, trial roulette is under 5, omega normal stuff is generally 5-10 minutes

What are you trying to do that isn't on any roulette?

This ball goes back and forth as well. It's all very well to request that people play tanks and healers more, but if you're one of those same DPS who only plays DPS jobs, you're contributing to the issue just as much as the ones you're making the request to.

I've found it has gotten A LOT better recently. Ie <10 minutes for levelling roulette, sub 30 for the 50-60. I got to the story stage when I had to do Gubal Library last night and I think that queue was 15 minutes.

In any other game, running a dungeon from the last xpac would be nigh impossible.

Yoshi-P mentioned in one of the past live letters that adding a new tank and healer in HSW did NEXT TO NOTHING to DPS/Non-DPS ratio. Most people making DRK/AST (aside from initial hype) were the ones who already tanked/healed with other classes.

I did it on my BLM yesterday at level 52 and it was about 10 minutes

I'm hoping we get at most 1 more DPS class somewhere down the line... and then never again, 10 DPS classes is more then enough, SE desperately needs to start adding more tanks and healers, if they add more interesting tank and healer classes that should help queues.
