I think he's referring to the FATE that appears on Azys Lla, where Proto Ultima does appear on the sky firing his lazors before the actual FATE appears, the name of the FATE is "Prey Online".

Sadly I haven't had the opportunity to even see the FATE spawn cuz no one knows when it will come up. (I want those horns!)
