Anyway, can confirm Orghana spawn is by completing FATE and traveling over spawn locations. Popped two of them a few hours ago on Lamia.

Random but somewhat relevant: Is there a limit to how high you can fly for the "run/fly over spawn point" requirement to be met? How high can you go?

There's no height limit. The game uses the map/minimap to determine draw distance, and in the case of certain S ranks, pop proximity. Maps are 2D, and thus have no Z coordinate. I've already tested it out, but if you wanna see it in action fly as high as you possibly can and look down. You'll see even the normal mobs. They'll be super tiny, but the game has drawn them.

Use it on Salt and Light. That's how I get rid of all the gathering stuff I get from popping other S ranks. Discarded item doesn't matter

Nothing on Exodus for Okina.

Also for Udumbara, we had it spawned last night with Diakkas as well. Can't' confirm 100% but perhaps it's both diakka/leshy.

Nothing on Ragnarok regarding to Okina, I assume it doesn't spawn right at the full moon but is like Croakadile and can spawn any time during this moon phase?

EZ12 is the start of the full moon cycle. There's now about 4 hours left in the full moon cycle which ends around 1:05pm pacific.
