I'm not even bothering with Ixion until SE figures out how to solve the outrageous lag issues that occur any time an A-rank or S-rank spawns someplace during peak times.

I know Stormblood saw a lot more success than SE anticipated, but having entire zones lagged out is not okay.

I just sucks that you need 12 horns but you only get 2(!!!) for a gold rating.

The first time I did the fate, I was lucky enough to be in that area, I got gold and was surprised that it was only 2 horns. Then I went to check out the vendor and was shocked to see that I need 12 of these.
Meanwhile I only needed to do the Fox fate once with a gold rating and could get all the items I needed and even extra for housing.

With the spawn time being well after midnight, many of us won't.

The last time I killed him I dc'd right before he died and did not get credit. The time before that I died due to something I could not see since it was so laggy and did not get credit. I'm not in a rush to get the mount, but it sucks that the whole thing is unplayable and will be for quite some time due to the large number of horns needed and the long respawn.

People are bored right now. Once 4.05 hits, I expect the masses of people waiting to do that fate will lessen.

This is just a joke now and annoys me to no end. All I want is the achievement but currently it is impossible to even get into the area when it spawns so you would have to literally just waste your time by sitting there if you want to be part of it. The problem is that the solution to this is that all the people camping it will eventually have what they need and then when you can actually get in it will be extremely hard to do because so few people are there. This is just extremely poor design period. Great idea, horrible implementation.

I joined an Ixion linkshell and just kind of show up whenever someone says Quicklevin is up. I'm up to five horns and don't even prioritize Ixion. I've done no camping, aside from doing whatever crafting I'm doing in Porta Praetoria because it doesn't matter where I do that. We're like a month into Stormblood. Some of you just need to chill. You don't need to have all of the random cosmetic stuff by now and people are going to continue participating for a long time to come, so if it takes you a bit longer to get your ugly gigapony, then so be it. There's no rush.
