Looking at ff logs speed runs the killer comp is SCH/AST. No surprise there to be honest, it's still the same as in HW because WHM bring no utility.
Given how bad WHM scales with gear I'm willing to bet that even if SE didn't change anything that comp will come back hard in general play once ilvls get higher.
