Im a player since 2015, only found out a year later that there was a forum, which was cool. I was hoping for a better response and issue fixing from this site alone because when you chat to support... its like chatting to a buddy, though they can never give you clear answers and think that is whats frustrates us the most.
Like for example:
Bought a subscription last weekend sunday and my connection is bad, I literally have to download the game is about 2 weeks because of Patch download issue. I downloaded Destiny on my new console in 4 days (yes the connection is slow) So I tried from that sunday wednesday to download. I probably downloaded 10gig in total, but it never took so each time It lost connection I had to start at the beginning.
Frustration of NOTE. So got to chatting with an agent and asked if there was anything they could do for me and they said, sure they will help with the settings and send it to my email. I asked them if it was something to do with the DNS settings and I basically got a virtual shrug as if to say 'Don't worry, it will work' I thought. Got the settings and to my amazement it was something I have already told them I have changed, since its a brand new console, that was the first thing i done, so I don't lose connection while downloading.
Now, issue is this... do they pay these technicians? because I would rather google the issue with the CONSOLE. For some reason this specific game seems to have endless issues with the PS4 and PC. Most people will just give up because, like me, we dont have money to waste on a subscription they cannot pause/refund/extend.
I really want to play this game, like so many on and off this forum. It's just really lowers the value if their business systems and structures are not in place, unless we all learn japanese and chinese and then just enjoy the games without much of a hassle. This is my last option though, i have all the material to get into a 3rd and 4 th language.... if you guys are keen we can make that a thing as well.
