There are also three new floorings and three new wallpaper.

I'm kind of disappointed that there aren't a bunch of new Doman themed items. We got the pipe box, the little chest of drawers and the umbrella bench.. And thats it? I was really hoping that since Shirogane is its own district we would get all the 'themed' furniture pieces like the other housing areas have. Lamps, beds, tables and chairs, rugs and so on.

You think so? I really hope we do! I want to turn my Shirogane mansion into the bath house from Spirited Away, or at least as close as I can get it. I really hope we get some more Doman themed items.

Did they say anything about the moving feature yet? havent rlly kept up with it but the only thing i can find online rn is that it might be only for fcs ( all those posts are several months old so outdated :/ ). Id rlly like to get a house in the new zone but if the moving is for fcs only i have to sell/trade/abandon my current house asap .

I'm guessing we'll likely get the usual themed items when the shirogane housing is released (wallpaper, flooring, doors, windows, fences and what not, most of which are district locked). Nothing new on house moving yet, I'm hoping we receive more details when they announce shirogane's opening date.

Hopefully we get more news before shirogane is up for sale. That aside, anyone know where to get Stuffed Edda? I need this! Hopefully it's not potd 151-200... >_<

Updated with that 4.0 furniture link SokiYagami provided as well as info someone found that may confirm 4.1 as opening the new housing district for purchases. Always read through the patch notes though just in case and we have a live letter coming up in the near future. Hopefully it comes sooner than that, but we'll see. Perhaps they're tweaking colors and making sure the moving system doesn't establish the dravanian forelands as someone's fc house. ;D

Thanks for keeping the thread updated! I'm super disappointed we have to wait so long and unless there are technical difficulties or we are going to get some major surprise like more wards opening I just don't see a reason for it. The longer they wait to release this, the more people have time to get their hopes up for a house but there just isn't enough to go around. I also feel for the people who just want an apartment in Shirogane.
