How is everyone finding the weekly tome cap removal?

There has always been a capped and uncapped set of tomes, going all the way back to 2.0's launch.

Yup. enjoy waiting months to gear up your jobs, again! I think they need to make it cap per job to be honest so we can play more than once or so a week.
it's a ploy to get your sub money basically.

Would certainly agree, especially with how some raids your team may just be tired and want to try a different setup but because your alt is lagging behind you end up doing even worse cus everyones ilv has dropped.

well one can dream, as stated though the real grind is coming, and so are the capped tomes. Only hope they up the weekly cap to something reasonable, be ok with 900, but I know better

now with 2 more jobs to gear up, a dow/dom cap or something would be nice, Hell a Roles cap would be great too. Your only salvation will be raiding Savage

It's a shame SE is so dead set in their ways and unwilling to change up the formula even slightly.
It's the exact same gearing formula that ARR and HW had. It's getting stale.

Yup, and it's going to become painfully boring once again. I honestly expected change after hearing the 3x budget rumour but it feels like this expansion endgame so far is as crap as HW.

Could certainly see that working out well, I mean would be a good incentive to run as a Tank/Heal as well.
