Seems pretty congested to me...logged out fine for the daily and then got back on got in pvp bang another 90001 dc now in a que of 3000 i wish they would wave the 90 days i want off >.>
I do think that if Omega become congested, we will be able to move again. If it was not possible, then there would be no point in these measures in the first place.
If omega gets congested and you can no longer enter it, and they don't lift the 90 days then it really just becomes an isolation chamber. They'd accept there's problems but give no solution, so i think should it be added to the congested worlds it will get transfers off. That's not getting the chance to hop around, that is nnecessairy to solve a problem nobody could possibly have seen coming *cough*everyonehearingeugetsonlyonenewworldatfirst*cough*

The question is also how full are the level 31+ areas compared to the lv 1-30 areas?
How many play on Omega only until lv 30 to get the free 15 days sub?
Well, they did say if it gets congested status, exp bonus will be gone.

Omega is a little unique since pretty much every single person there is an active player whereas older servers might have characters who haven't logged in weeks/ months. It should settle down considerably next time we hit a content dryspell though.
Last time I checked the 60+ zones had an average of 30 players per instance. Kugane was decently alive, Gyr Albania is lively. Idyllshire is empty. Only a few people there. Ishgard is pretty empty as well.
The 3 city states are full and alive. I see way more activity in the starter zones than in the higher zones.

It's still pretty full at peak hours in Ishgard, but it's rather empty the rest of the day.
Well, empty enough to really regret moving there at least, and it really feels like Omega is going to be dead in a few weeks-months.
