The earliest I was expecting it was 6/29* 23:31 ish pacific (assuming no moon condition) I think that's 6/29 4:31pm ish gmt

My math is pretty bad when I wake up but it's more likely tomorrrow :/

Same for me, for a long time now. Since something about the code has been changed it seems. Croak and Mindy both spawn an hour earlier.

Garland Bell set the timer as the 2nd day, but they can spawn at the 1st day, that's all.

Technically, it is the second day, problem is that mathing out the moons is inaccurate by a day

It's kinda worse now for garland tools. It used to be 20 mins off for Croakadile now it seems to be an additional game day / 40 rl mins off

Like our mindflayer is next expected to be poppable around 7/1* 19:40, garland tools has it listed at 7/1:20:32

I feel like Okina should be due for another spawn any moment now, assuming it's not weather related and instead just relies on a certain condition being fulfilled when a new/full moon starts or while one is active.

EDIT: Spawned. I spotted it around 3 PM at a spot that was vacant about two ingame hours prior, which seemingly debunks it being tied to weather changes.

Okina spawned in Gilga too (i think at same time?), 7.40pm NZT at x24,y32, and another instance Okina spawned 5 mins before that.
