Just logged in and got booted, checked the forums, announcement was made last night at 1am, but didn't mention when it's going to happen, besides the little disclaimer that says, you get told an hour prior to this happening in game lol. Still they could have done a better job on that, I don't mind 10 minutes, but the way it's once again handled is pretty much amusing to me.
They deliberately didn't announce the time because they didn't want people to game it.

Edit: How can people afk for 8-10 hours at work log back in if they're not home?
