    Just a quick question for those who already did the maths and such:
    What materias should I meld in my gear? Finished my whole tomestone set, and I have some grade VI materia already, and also thinking of throwing some grade V to be placeholders until I get full Grade VI, but I am wondering what stats should I meld in what piece of equipment. ^-^

    I wonder what the stat weights are gonna be for Red Mage. I really am loving this class, it's honestly my favorite caster I've ever played!

    Stat weights should be pretty low at this item level. I think we'll see Crit hovering around .18 with DH and Det at .14 ish. SS should be awfully low. .08 maybe. I don't know, these are completely arbitrary but based on my exp with weights and the damage I see, that'd be my guess. No math to support this.

    Idk if anyone remembers my idea a while ago about using a part of your combo to spend excess mana before manafication and embolden come back up so as to not have to hold those cool downs but I found a video that supports my hypothesis.

    Thanks for that. I've taken Manashift now and I didn't realise it gave so much MP and I've taken to using a few attacks, then Shroud to halve threat =D Sorry, but what's the reasoning for the 2 mob thing (I don't usually play DPS ^^') I've been doing single target on 2 mobs now, I just don't understand why it's better =)
    Sorry! Another Question! XD how many mobs should there be before I use Moulinet over the single target combo? Also do I have to wait for 60/60 before I can use Moulinet or is it 90/90? (basically, should I wait for 2 or 3 uses when it's applicable to use).

    So far its been working just fine...

    If you want I can easily send you parce logs up to this point... Red Mage is a top level DPS...

    If you want them... just let me know where you want me to send them.

    Well Red Mage is no doubt great dps but certainly not in the # 1spot.
    Sam and blm are above it.

    Contre Sixte i normally use as part of my mellee rotation, cast it just before backflipping basically

    I just got Red to 70 yesterday and will be my new main i think
