First, you shouldn't be opening with Contre Sixte on trash mobs. You should get into the habit of weaving any oGCDs under Dualcast.

As for your dungeon opener, there's nothing wrong with it, but an opener with a full mana gauge will be irrelevant because any content that matters wouldn't ever have a full gauge. I.E. Raid and Primals. So I wouldn't focus on that as much and make sure your opener from scratch is solid and you'll be good to go.
